Our customers this week, the Childers family, have children at Baylor College, and were hoping to move into the Waco zone to be near them. They picked the “Beanstalk Home” on account of its nearness to the Baylor grounds and Baylor’s McLane Stadium.
We promptly knew the Beanstalk Lodge would require a remarkable update. The Childers cherished its notable character and the possibility to hit every one of the things on their list of things to get. I was eager to transform this home into an European-style bungalow.
The outside of the Childers house had so much character that I was extremely amped up for reestablishing. Chip and I realized that new entryway and another rooftop would have a significant effect. We included iron window boxes with earthenware pots to improve the European feel of the home. The outside got a crisp layer of paint and new trim shading, a block paver yard and new arranging.
We tore down the drywall on the chimney to uncover the first block and lit up the space by painting the entire thing white. To consider additional light and to keep with the symmetrical feel of the builtins, we introduced a coordinating window on the contrary side of the chimney.
